Ee-ling and Simon came to us knowing exactly what they wanted, the Mereway Cucina Colore Lastra range in the Grey/Brown Urbano finish with the Futura handleless gloss Pergmon for the wall units the only thing we had to work on a little was the best layout and cabinet combination to make the best use of the tight space they had for the kitchen.

We were slightly nervous about ordering a kitchen remotely without accessing a showroom or onsite help but the process was fine. We provided measurements (which changed several times) and Martin produced 3D photo-realistic colour plans showing the proposed design. These were invaluable in picturing the look and layout. We already had a clear idea of the cabinets we wanted having seen them elsewhere but were less sure about what cabinets should go where and how to accommodate the unusual shape of the room. Martin provided some useful suggestions and was able to take into account our changes. He also did not put any pressure on us to decide & buy quickly unlike some kitchen salesmen!

There was a minor mistake on delivery (a shelf unit was bigger than what we ordered) but although Kitchen Finesse offered to replace it within a week our kitchen fitter was able to adapt it to size.

We are very pleased with the finished product – the look, quality and added storage!
